The GPR e-assessment is a science-based test, developed in collaboration with Yoogo. We offer the e-assessment during our recruitment and selection assignments and include it as a standard component in our executive search assignments.

How does the GPR e-assessment work?

Our e-assessment consists of a series of science-based tests, such as personality analyses, cognitive skills and leadership styles. After completing the test, you will receive a comprehensive report with clear, practical advice, at individual and team level.

Individual report

Provides insight into Big-5 personality, identifies strengths using Belbin team roles, the power to change, the developability of competencies and practical development tips.

Team report

The results of all participants are aggregated at the team level. This gives you insight into strong and less strong team qualities, the available team roles and the quality of motivation.

Leadership report

Provides insight into the affinity with and effectiveness of leadership and how personal qualities can contribute to the development of important leadership competencies.
