Where did it all start for you?
During my studies, I had the opportunity to get an internship at a temporary employment agency and this worked out very well (for both parties), as a result of which I worked there during several summer holidays. Eventually, after my HBO studies, I came into contact with co-owner Jos van Kleef. After a few conversations I started at Green People Recruitment as a Junior Recruiter, now over 7 years later I have developed into a Senior Consultant - Partner.

What is your personal ambition?
My goal is to make as many successful and long-lasting matches as possible. I want to continue investing in personal contact with clients and candidates in order to keep informed of developments in the market. Besides that it is my ambition to grow together with Green People Recruitment to the best national recruitment and selection specialist within the Agri & Food business.

And do you still have time for hobbies?
Besides my hobby 'work' you can find me on the hockey field, tennis court or golf course in the evenings and weekends. I also like to be in the kitchen making new recipes for my girlfriend and daughter.
