Job description HR Officer (20-24 hours/week)

As a HR Officer, you have a broad range of tasks, but all have the goal to make sure our employees can concentrate on their job and personal development. Not only for the employees at our HQ, but also the employees who work in our offices abroad. Your tasks will involve all aspects of the Employee Journey. Next to this, we are always looking to do things better, so you will also take part in improvement projects to keep Numidia a Great Place To Work for all!

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Implement HR Policy in the daily operation of the company;
  • Execute and monitor Employee Journey (i.e. Onboarding, Performance, Development);
  • Maintain ESS/MSS system;
  • Update and maintain (international) Staff Handbooks;
  • Is the internal and external point of contact for Human Resources;
  • Assist in recruitment and selection of new employees;
  • Formulate and update correct function profiles;
  • Draws up HR reports for the Board of Directors;
  • Case manager on absence through illness;
  • Execute pension related tasks and employee insurances;
  • Execute pension related tasks and employee insurances;
  • Administrates and updates Employee files;
  • Execute the (international) salary administration and maintain contact with the agencies abroad;
  • Execute and act in accordance with social labor acts and laws and keep up-to-date with new regulations;
  • Member of Numidia initiatives (i.e. HR Projects);
  • Give advice (asked and unasked) in relation to HR issues to the HR Manager.

We are looking for an HR Officer (20-24 hours/week) who

  • Has a BSC degree;
  • Possesses the following competences: Teamwork, Effective Communication, Management and Responsibility, Leadership, Focused and Initiative, Customer focus, Relationship building, and Financial Awareness;
  • Has good knowledge of Dutch Labor Law;
  • Is fluent in Dutch and English.
