We are recruiting a Business Development Manager – MEA for HATO
As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of HATO’s commercial team. Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and forging strategic alliances in agribusiness. Together with the team, you will achieve ambitious goals that make a real impact. You thrive in a dynamic and innovative agricultural environment, work hard, learn quickly, and deliver results. You will report to the Commercial Director.

We are interested in experienced candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Technical or Agricultural disciplines)
- Sector knowledge: Affinity with the agricultural and/or electrical sectors and an understanding of their unique dynamics
- Willingness to travel regularly
- CRM expertise: You enjoy using CRM systems as an effective tool
- A results-driven mindset and strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Additional languages and affinity with agriculture or electrical sectors are a plus
