Where did it all start for you?
During my studies, I chose HRM, and after a generous working experience as an organisation consultant in the business world, I started a greenhouse company with my husband and friends. The network that I was able to build up with these experiences in horticulture and also the versatility of entrepreneurship within the green sector, I got to know very well and are very useful and of added value within our team.

What is your personal ambition?
The vacancies that we have successfully filled are in various fields, such as cultivation technical, sales & account management, sales office, company management and board members, but also logistics and quality. The agricultural sector is a special world, and I like to dedicate myself to finding the right candidates. It is always people's work, and that is exactly where I get my energy from.

And do you still have time for hobbies?
I love to travel, preferably as far away as possible. I am also an enthusiastic hobby cook and I like to eat the results of that cooking with friends and family, of course with a nice glass of wine.
