Where did it all begin for you?

My affinity with the agricultural sector originates from the small village where I grew up. Like many others, my first jobs involved planting leeks and picking beans. Over time, I developed my experience more towards personal interaction: with more than eight years of experience in hospitality, I learned how important it is to really see people, to offer a listening ear, and to support them in a pleasant and genuine way.
Although I consciously chose a different path during my studies, I am very happy that Green People Recruitment offers me the opportunity to bring these two worlds together: my motivation to be active in this sector, and my enjoyment of working with and for people.

What drives you?

With my background in chemistry, I am used to thinking analytically and working in a structured way. I now enjoy applying this same mindset in a different way: by connecting with people. I am quick to grasp a situation, have a good sense of what someone needs, and ask the right questions to get to the heart of the matter. In this way, I want to contribute value to Green People Recruitment and to the people I come into contact with.

What drives you?

In my free time, I like to make space for hobbies and social activities. I often go out with family and friends to discover new places. This could be a cosy little restaurant or a destination at home or abroad. For me, it is mainly about the people I share these moments with.
In addition, I find it important to help keep village life in my small hometown lively. That is why I am active in a local volunteer association, where we organise various activities for children and put together an annual village quiz. I am also a board member of the carnival association, which keeps me busy throughout the year. Sitting still is not for me, I enjoy being active and making good use of my time!
