I have been active in the international Agribusiness and Food Industry for over 30 years. I grew up in a horticultural region, had part-time jobs in tomato and radish cultivation, and later ran a schnitzel stand in a restaurant. After studying Human Resources, I started my professional career as an HR Manager at the international vegetable seed breeding company Nunhems, where I worked for 10 years. I then moved on to become HR and General Affairs Manager at Fancom / CTB, Inc., an international market leader in automation solutions for livestock farming and mushroom cultivation, where I worked for 7 years.

At the end of 2006, I founded AgroLingua BV, my first company, a translation agency. With this, I won the “Venlose Start 2007” award as best start-up entrepreneur. In 2009, I co-founded Green People Recruitment BV together with Marco Janssen. Later, in 2016, I started another recruitment company with Marco and Mart Engels: Recruitment Campus.

Today, we are a team of 17 driven Recruiters and Consultants, and we are still looking for new colleagues. Every day, we are committed to creating the perfect match between candidates and clients.

My ambition is to achieve meaningful results together with enthusiastic and driven people. I enjoy setting clear goals, organizing projects and giving people the space to grow. I bring decisiveness, practicality, realism, business focus, and a results-driven mindset to everything I do.

I love spending time with my family and friends. I also go running regularly and serve as chairman of a beer club.
