As the son of horticulturists, I grew up in the world of fruit and vegetables. From an early age, I developed a passion for both entrepreneurship and the horticulture sector. Thanks to my broad experience across the entire food chain, from grower to retailer and ultimately the consumer, I have built up in-depth knowledge of the dynamics within this beautiful and challenging industry.

I get a great deal of satisfaction from contributing to the success of others. With my strategic mindset and personal approach, I strive to make a positive impact for both clients and candidates. Customer focus and the question “who is my customer?” are at the heart of how I work, and these values are essential to building strong, successful partnerships. In this new playing field, I am eager to learn, grow further and contribute in a meaningful way.

My passion for food doesn’t stop at work. In my free time, I love experimenting with recipes and drinks. Right now, I’m diving into baking sourdough bread, making wine and my personal favorite, limoncello. I’m also a big sports fan, especially football. Besides playing myself, I spent ten years working as a youth scout for PSV Eindhoven, focusing on developing young football talent.
