During my student years, I had several part-time jobs, including in horticulture, at a pastry shop and for many years in a butcher’s shop during holidays and weekends. So, you could say the agri and food seed was planted early on. After graduating, I worked for several years as a sales manager and branch manager in a retail company, where I really thrived on working with a team and building strong business relationships. Later, when I was working as a recruitment team manager, I met Jos van Kleef. In 2009, we shook hands and founded Green People Recruitment.

I truly enjoy watching our team of professionals grow and seeing how passionately they work with our clients and candidates. My ambition is to further expand and professionalize the organization, so we can fulfill our shared goal of becoming the best recruitment partner for the agri and food sector.

Not as much as I’d like. But in addition to spending quality time with my family and friends, I try to fit in a few boxing sessions each week. I also love getting out on my motorbike now and then and enjoy spending time on the water.
