During my studies, I had the opportunity to do an internship at a staffing agency. That experience was a great fit for both sides, and I ended up working there during several summer breaks. After completing my bachelor’s degree, I got in touch with co-owner Jos van Kleef through mutual connections. After a few conversations, I started at Green People Recruitment as a Junior Recruiter. Now, over eleven years later, I have grown into the role of Senior Consultant and Partner.

My goal has always been to create as many successful and long-term matches as possible. I believe in continuously investing in personal contact with both clients and candidates to stay informed about market developments. My ambition is to help Green People Recruitment grow into the national recruitment and selection specialist in the Agri and Food business.

Besides my hobby, which is work itself, you can often find me on the hockey field, tennis court, padel court or golf course in the evenings and weekends. I also love spending time in the kitchen, trying out new recipes for my girlfriend, daughter and son.
