I come from an entrepreneurial family and have also ran my own business with employees. Combined with my academic background in Business Administration, this makes me a professional sparring partner for both clients and candidates. By listening carefully and asking the right questions, I gain a clear understanding of what both sides are looking for. When supply and demand are aligned, great new collaborations can emerge.

My personal ambition is to build long-term relationships based on knowledge, expertise and trust. I want to take the pressure off my clients so they can rely on the fact that the right candidate will be found, one who fits the company’s future plans.

Not enough. My biggest hobby is spending time with my three growing children. The time I do have left, I spend on sports like running, mountain biking and skiing, as well as riding my motorcycle. In addition, my partner and I are active members of a local theatre group and the carnival association.
