A perfect moment to look back with Dominique Maassen, now Commercial Director at Fromatech Ingredients, who originally joined the company in 2014 through Green People Recruitment. We also look ahead, with the recent arrival of Thibault Mestdag; the new Area Sales Manager for the French-speaking markets, likewise placed through Green People Recruitment.

From a vacancy at Green People Recruitment to Commercial Director

Dominique smiles as he recalls 2014. “It feels like yesterday. Green People Recruitment introduced me to Fromatech at a time when I was looking for a place where entrepreneurship, product expertise, and customer focus truly came together. During the very first conversations, I immediately felt: this is an organisation where you can really build something.”

Starting as an Account Manager, he quickly discovered it was the beginning of a remarkable journey. “Fromatech gave me the space to grow, not only in my role but also personally. Over time, my responsibilities expanded: first specific regions, later larger accounts and international markets. And for the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of helping shape the company’s further growth as Commercial Director.”
