Your tasks

As a Production Teamleader you are responsible for coordinating the daily production activities and guiding your team on the shop floor. You ensure that production runs efficiently, safely and according to planning. You motivate employees, monitor quality and productivity, and work closely with other departments to continuously improve processes.

What do you take with you?

For this position we are looking for a practical and people-oriented leader who can maintain overview and motivate a team. You combine a hands-on mindset with strong organizational skills and affinity with production processes.

MBO-4 level of working and thinking (vocational level)

Proven experience in a leadership role

Experience in a production environment (food is a plus)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Flexible mindset and willingness to work in shifts
